Apex Capital Group was formed to do one thing well: identify businesses with strong fundamentals and underutilized potential, acquire them, and make them perform. We are not a turnaround shop. We are not a strip-and-flip operation. We are operators who happen to own companies.

Our portfolio spans manufacturing, services, technology, media, and real estate. What these companies have in common is not their sector — it is the situation we found them in: ready for the next chapter, waiting for the right partner to write it.

We take board seats, we hire and replace leadership when necessary, we optimize costs without destroying culture, and we plan for exits from the day we close. This is not complicated.
